gta88 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services of the gta88 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player to access the gta88 platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be used in wagering before a withdrawal is permitted.

Singular nouns include plural nouns and vice versa. References to gender include all genders. Headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

By registering an account at gta88, you declare and warrant the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• All information you provide during registration is true, complete and up to date.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You hold only one active account on the gta88 platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

gta88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

gta88 also reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, at the absolute discretion of the platform management.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

gta88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's name only. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and may result in funds being frozen and further action being taken.

Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to necessary security checks. gta88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All financial transactions are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. Players may be asked to provide supporting documents for transactions that exceed certain thresholds. gta88 reserves the right to hold processing of any transaction deemed suspicious until the investigation is complete.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

gta88 offers various promotions to eligible Players, subject to the specific terms of each promotion. The gta88 first deposit bonus is 200% up to RM500, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

General bonus terms are as follows:

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• gta88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings obtained using bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully satisfied.

The gta88 VIP programme consists of five tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on consistent wagering activity that meets the criteria set by gta88 management. Cashback is automatically credited to the Player's account according to the set schedule.

5. Game Rules and Player Conduct

gta88 players are required to follow all applicable game rules and to conduct themselves responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that gives a Player an unfair advantage.
• Cooperation between two or more Players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Any form of fraud, falsification of information or money laundering.
• Exploiting system technical errors for personal gain. Any profits obtained in this way will be reversed.
• Harassing other Players or gta88 customer service staff through inappropriate language or threats.

gta88 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction suspected of involving fraud or a breach of rules. Decisions made in live games and at gaming tables are final unless a proven technical error has occurred.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

gta88 is committed to protecting Players' personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and applicable international data protection standards. By using the gta88 platform, Players agree that the personal information provided may be used for the following purposes:

7. Account Suspension and Closure

gta88 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• There is suspicious activity in the account that requires further investigation.
• gta88 receives instructions from the relevant authorities to freeze or close the account.
• The Player voluntarily requests account closure for responsible gambling reasons.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the gta88 customer service team. Valid funds in the account will be returned to the Player after all outstanding wagering requirements have been fulfilled and any necessary investigations are completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

gta88 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. However, gta88 is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server outages or internet connection issues that are outside gta88's control.
• Disputed game outcomes that do not involve a proven technical error.
• Loss of anticipated profits or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.
• Actions by third parties including payment processors, game providers or authorities.

The total liability of gta88 to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gambling

gta88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Loss Limits — Players can set a loss limit for a specified period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the dispute resolution body appointed by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the Player's right to seek valid legal remedies under any applicable consumer laws.
